W-7023 series are granular compounds which are manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and add plasticizer, stabilizer, flame retardant and other accessory ingredients.
W-7023系列產品是以優質聚氯乙烯樹脂為基料，加入增塑劑、穩定劑、阻燃劑等助劑，經混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒狀電纜料。
 
Characteristics and Application 特點及用途
These products have good mechanical and physical property, electrical property and excellent processing performance. They meet RoHS Standard and all their properties comply with GB/T 8815. They are suitable for the jacketing of cables which have 70℃and flame-retardant requirements.
產品具有良好的機械物理性能和電性能，加工性能優異，符合RoHS環保標準。性能符合GB/T 8815的要求，主要用于70℃耐溫等級并有阻燃要求的電線電纜護套。

Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
