125 ℃thermoplastic halogenous flame-rerardant automotive cable compound is produced with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes, which regards PP resin as the main basic raw materials, adds flame retardant, anti-oxidant and other additives. The highest working temperature is 125℃. Its cables can meet ISO6722 Standard. This compound is suitable for the insulation layers of 0.2 square meters and above of automotive cables.
125℃熱塑性阻燃汽車線料是以聚丙烯為主要基材，加入阻燃劑，抗氧劑等助劑，經混煉、塑化、造粒而得，最高工作溫度為125℃。制成電線后可以滿足ISO6722標準，適用于0.2平方以上汽車線擠出絕緣層。
Processing Indicator 加工工藝：
General PVC or PE extruder is possible for the production of it. Recommend screw extruder with L/D≥25. It is better to put one 80 mesh filter on the position of screen while extruding. Temperatrue range changes according to different conditions of extruding equipment. Below temperature is just for boot debugging.
本產品可采用普通PVC或PE擠出機進行生產，建議螺桿長徑比L/D≥25，擠出過程中可在網板放置一層80目濾網。溫度的選擇應根據所用擠塑機的具體情況選定。下列各溫度可作為開機調試的參考：

Conductor preheated to 110 ℃, and warm bath temperature about 40～60℃
導體預熱至110℃，溫水槽溫度40～60℃左右。
Attentions 注意事項：
1）The compound should be dried before using if the package is broken. Once package is open, recommend to run out within 12 hours.
原料破包需烘干后才能使用，材料一經開封，建議12小時之內用完。
2）Please ensure the screw, barrel , hopper are thoroughly cleaned before operation. Avoid bringing impurities while processing.
加工前確保螺桿、機筒、加料斗徹底清理干凈，加工過程中嚴禁帶入雜質。
3）If you need a faster extrusion. Please accelerate screw speed gradually to avoid inadequate plasticizing which may cause rough surface of the cables.
如果要快速擠出時，請慢慢逐漸加快螺桿轉速，以免塑化不良，電纜表面毛糙。
