Product Description and Application 產品描和用途
This product is a kind of insulation compounds, which can be irradiated and cross-linked. It doesn’t contain heavy metals like Pb, Ba, Cd, Sn and Sb. It can meet ROHS Standard and its cables can pass VW-1 burning requirements. The highest working temperature is 150℃, and is mainly used for various control cables, instrument wires of automotive low-voltage wires, installment wires and electric wires.
該材料是一種可以輻照交聯的阻燃絕緣料,不含Pb、Ba、Cd、Cr、Sn、Sb六大重金屬, 滿足RoHS標準要求，電線能滿足VW-1的燃燒要求，最高工作溫度150℃。主要用于各類控制電纜，汽車低壓電線電纜的儀器儀表, 安裝電線電纜，電子線。
 
Processing Indicator 加工工藝
Recommend to use single ordinary screw extruder with L/D=20-25.
建議使用普通單螺桿擠出機進行加工，長徑比L/D=20-25。
