UL lead-free jacketing compounds are granular compound which are manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and add plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
環保型UL系列護套料產品是以優質聚氯乙烯樹脂為基料，加入特種增塑劑、穩定劑等助劑，經混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒狀電纜料。
Characteristics and Application 特點及用途
These products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. They can meet environment rules in RoHS Standard. All their properties meet UL1581 Standard. They are mainly used for the jacketing of soft wires and equipment cables.
產品具有良好的機械物理性能和電性能，加工性能優異，符合RoHS環保標準。性能符合UL1581等標準的要求，主要用于軟線和裝備線的護套。
Processing Indicator加工工藝
Recommend to use of single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建議使用普通長徑比為20-25的單螺桿擠出機進行生產。
